The Service may contain links or banners that lead to other websites, but the Author is not responsible for the content of linked sites.
These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Japan.
In the event that litigation becomes necessary in connection with the use of the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
The Author establishes this Privacy Policy (the 'Policy') as set forth below regarding the handling of privacy information in the Service.
In this Policy, 'personal information' means 'personal information' as defined by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and refers to information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, or other description contained in such information.
In order to use the Service, the Author may ask Users for personal information such as name and email address.
The Author may also collect Users' personal information from the Author's business partners (including information providers, advertisers, ad delivery partners, and others; hereinafter referred to as 'Partners') regarding Users' personal information exchanged between Users and Partners, etc.
The Author may collect log information when Users use the Service.
Log information includes records and characteristic information such as the services or software used by Users, pages viewed, advertising history, search keywords, date and time of use, method of use, usage environment (including communication status of mobile devices and various settings when using mobile devices), IP address, cookie information, location information, and device identifiers, which are collected when Users use the services of the Author or Partners or browse pages.
The Service may collect information through cookies for the purpose of enriching content and operating the Service stably.
Cookies are stored on the User's computer when the User visits the site.

In the Service, text entered by Users may be sent to third-party AI services in order to generate content based on that text.

This information is used for the purpose of providing AI-based content generation features.
The Service uses the following AI services.
The privacy policy of each service applies when using AI services.
When Users use AI-generated features, the text they enter may be sent to the AI services listed above for content generation.
The purposes for which the Author collects and uses personal information are as follows.
When requested by the individual, the Author will disclose personal information to that individual.
However, the Author may not be able to comply with a request if it does not satisfy the requirements under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations, or if there are grounds on which disclosure may be refused.
If the Author incurs costs in making a disclosure, a handling fee may be charged.
As a general rule, information other than personal information, such as history information and characteristic information, will not be disclosed.
