When you purchased a web subscription, you received an email with the following subject:
Your {Target App name} subscription receipt
Near the bottom of the email, select the following link:
customer portal.
On the page that opens, select the following button to cancel your subscription:

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Tap the cart icon, then tap Restore Purchases. Your app will switch to the Pro version after the purchase is restored successfully.
When the cart icon disappears, the Pro version has been restored successfully.
We apologize, but paid plans are currently purchased separately for each platform. A purchase made on iOS, Android, or the web cannot currently be shared with the other platforms.
We are considering support for using one purchase across multiple platforms in the future.
Depending on your connection, it may take from a few seconds to several tens of seconds for your purchase to be reflected. Please close the app completely and then restart it.
If the cart icon in the header disappears after restarting the app, the paid version is active.
If you still cannot use the paid features, please confirm that your purchase was completed successfully.

If your purchase was completed and payment was made but the cart icon is still displayed, please use the restore feature.
Tap the cart icon, then tap Restore Purchases. Your app will switch to the Pro version after the purchase is restored successfully.
If you have a purchase record and the cart icon has disappeared but you still cannot use the paid features, please contact us with the details.
First, please check whether you can export a sample file or a newly created file. If only a specific file cannot be exported, the issue may depend on its content.

We offer a web version or Chrome extension for most of our apps. These can be used on Windows and Mac, and we hope you will give them a try.
The refund process depends on the platform where you made the purchase.
Canceling a subscription does not refund payments already made. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed according to each platform's policies and the circumstances of the purchase.

After reviewing your purchase, we will let you know whether it is eligible for a refund.
For purchases and subscriptions made through the App Store, please request a refund from Apple.
Apple determines whether a refund will be approved. Please also contact Apple to check the status of your request.

Refund eligibility is determined according to Google Play's refund policies and the circumstances of the purchase. In some cases, such as when some time has passed since the purchase, Google Play may direct you to contact the app developer.
If you are directed to contact us, please include your order number, which begins with GPA., and the reason for requesting a refund.
